The copper finished Sabona of London Everyday Mouth & Nose Masks are extremely comfortable and protect with a three layer polyester blend of polyester, elastane, polyamide.

Copper is used in several fields due to its antimicrobial properties. (Copper doorknob/handles as an infection prevention).
The semi-precious metal is essential for the modern social way of life.

Polyester has a lightweight, an insulating effect, is form-fitting & crease-resistant, quick-drying and easy to clean.

Elastane has a high elastic stretch, no electrostatic charge, a minor absorption of moisture, is specially soft, shape-retaining and easy to clean, wash-and-wear - the extra of comfort and wearability.

Polyamide has a high elasticity, is waterproof, tear resistant, soft, light, shape retaining and fast drying.

COPPER LINED CARE MASK

Size: Determine the measurement from the bridge of the nose * to under the chin with a tape measure. (* Rest glasses/sunglasses, if necessary directly underneath depending on wearing preference)
With a distance below 13.5 cm it is size S/M, above L/xL.

Take the mask on & off by the lateral ear loops.
It is not a medical facemask.

8% Copper Lined Content: 80% Polyester, 12% Elastan, 8% Polyamid

Important Notes:

Wash the mask before first use

The comfortable Mask with reinforced ear loops combined with an adjustable nose bridge create a custom-like fit that will make this your go-to mask.

Application of everyday mask

Before touching the mask, wash hands thoroughly with soap and water or hand sanitizer,
a correct hand hygiene with soap takes at least 30 seconds  
Touch the mask only at the lateral ends (ear loops) and make sure not to touch the inside.
Adjust the sewn-in bridge to fit the nose area well by pressing it lightly.
The mask should then fit snugly over the face and cover the nose, cheeks, mouth and chin.
Once fitted, avoid touching the mask. For adjustments, only touch the lateral ends of the mask.
Remove the mask touching only at the lateral ends without touching the front part. Wash hands thoroughly afterwards.
The face mask should be regularly changed and washed, but not later when moistened.
Masks are only useful when snug and worn properly.
A mask does not replace other hygiene measures such as regularly hand washing or sneezing/coughing into the crook of the arm, etc.

Washing Instructions:

Wash the mask with soap by hand or with normal detergent in the machine to a maximum of 40°C.
Hand wash: Soak the mask in warm water and wash thoroughly with enough soap for a few minutes - fragrance free soap for allergy sufferers.
Replace the soap water with clean water. Rinse the mask well without wringing and kneading it too much. Replace the water until foam is no longer formed/the water remains clear.
Finally, gently squeeze out and dab off excess water with a clean towel, then allow to air dry.
What is true for hands: Soap is the perfect weapon against viruses, because besides removing them, it destroys the greasy viral envelope & kills influenza viruses. The reaction time is about 30 seconds. The water temperature plays a minor role.
Textiles that should not be washed above 40°C, may be effectively pretreated with vinegar. Add the mask for about 10-20 minutes in 1 part vinegar & 4-5 parts water, rinse and wash with soap.
Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Drying the Mask: do not use a dryer, heater, microwave or direct sunlight, which could damage the fabric mixture of the mask..

CH: Exceptions to the mask requirement
Children under twelve years of age and persons who are unable to wear masks for medical reasons
